Tall Chinese Hardwood Stand with Undertier
A tall narrow stand in dark Chinese hardwood, the framed panel top above an apron carved with paired scrolls, on four square legs with a lower shelf and horse-hoof feet. The proportions are deliberately vertical, made to stand against a wall and carry one important object. The polish is deep and the joinery is entirely pegged.
