Striped Wing Armchair in Red and Gold
A compact wing armchair with rolled arms and a flared, fan-shaped back, covered in a broad red and gold stripe of cut chenille and matt linen, on short dark tapered feet. There is a small stain to the top of one arm, shown in the gallery. Upright, formal and quite certain of itself, in the manner of a chair that expects to be sat in properly.
