Oak Book Trough with Heart Cut-Out
An oak book trough of two sloping tiers, the shaped end panels pierced with a heart above openwork slots and joined by barley-twist columns, on shaped feet with applied bosses. Arts and Crafts through and through, down to the heart. It holds books at a reading angle rather than upright, which is a small daily kindness.
