Mahogany Pot Cupboard with Slatted Sides

A tall bedside cupboard in mahogany, the sides built as open vertical slats and the single panelled door hung with a long pierced brass drop handle, opening to one fixed shelf, on square legs. The timber has a warm even colour and the door closes on its original catch. Ventilated by design, for an age when a bedroom cupboard was expected to breathe.
