Edwardian Inlaid Writing Desk
An Edwardian writing desk in inlaid mahogany, with a low gallery back, five drawers around the kneehole and cast brass ring handles, the top inset with tooled green leather. It stands on square tapering legs with brass castors and boxwood stringing to every edge. Everything a letter could possibly need, from a period that took letters seriously.
