Crimson Velvet Wing Armchair

A deep wing armchair with scrolled arms and a generously stuffed seat, upholstered in a crimson cut velvet. It stands on carved hairy-paw front feet in bare timber, worn pale where a century of shoes has found them. Built for a fire, a newspaper and an entirely unapologetic afternoon.
