Bow-Front Mahogany Chest

A compact bow-front chest with four graduated drawers, restrained brass handles and a softly shaped apron. The mahogany is warm and the surface carries the small marks of long ordinary use. A curved front is considerably harder to make than a flat one, and every generation since has quietly benefited.
